Customer Administrator

  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in planning and coordinating client requests
  • Good experience in using ERP, MPR planning system and Office pack
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Technical academic background (preferred)
  • Medium English level.
  • More than 60% of your daily time will be allocate for customer interaction, that's way we need you to follow the daily order flow, escalate the major issues and offer support in solving them.
  • Also you will be generating, controlling and releasing work orders to our colleagues in production area, keeping them up to date when client request is changed.
  • Part of your main duties will be also tracking the production flow, see what are the problems and be hands on when it comes to deliver the parts on time as well as assisting in follow-up & expediting products/services as needed.
