Sales Administration

Job Requirements:

  • Solid Microsoft Office knowledge:  Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have basic familiarity with blueprints, drawing specs
  • Quoting experience ideal
  • Self starter with strong organizational, and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented and have excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Minimum one year experience with Associates degree or equivalent

Job description:

  • Reports to Sales Manager
  • Responsible for Administrative Quoting activities
  • Purchase order contract review
  • Customer production schedule processing
  • Correspondence with customers
  • Maintain customer database
  • Review customer schedule changes
  • Administration portion of sales presentations
