Sales Administration
Job Requirements:
- Solid Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have basic familiarity with blueprints, drawing specs
- Quoting experience ideal
- Self starter with strong organizational, and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented and have excellent phone etiquette
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Minimum one year experience with Associates degree or equivalent
Job description:
- Reports to Sales Manager
- Responsible for Administrative Quoting activities
- Purchase order contract review
- Customer production schedule processing
- Correspondence with customers
- Maintain customer database
- Review customer schedule changes
- Administration portion of sales presentations
